The 2010 Canadian Open Badminton Tournament is the largest badminton championship ever to take place in Vancouver. It ran from July 13th to 18th at the Richmond Oval which was the venue for the 2010 Winter Olympics speed skating events. Taufik Hidayat of Indonesia was the top draw and won the men's singles event. Zhu Lin of China won the women's singles.
